Commerce-e offers a range of services all aimed at increasing the cost effectiveness of your business through effective supply chain management. These include, but are not limited, to those listed here:
Contract Tendering and Negotiation
Commerce-e is able to co-ordinate and manage the whole contract tendering and negotiation process allowing the client to concentrate on its core activities. This service includes the developing of the appropriate documentation (for example, Letter Of Intent (LOI), Request For Proposal (RFP), and evaluation templates) and the issuing of the LOI/RFP to the interested parties. Commerce-e will also collate the responses, analyse them, and provide its client with a detailed report on its recommendation and reasoning.
Contract Management
Once the terms and conditions have been agreed to and a legal contract has been entered into Commerce-e is able to manage the contract for its client from all aspects. Commerce-e also manages its client's existing contracts and reviews them as necessary. This involves supplying clients with regular reports and organising meetings for both parties to get together with Commerce-e acting as a neutral facilitator.
Supply Chain Consultancy
Commerce-e has a great deal of experience in all aspects of the supply chain in both the electronic and manual form. Commerce-e helps its clients by streamlining their business saving them both time and money by reviewing their current processes and suggesting improvements. Implementing process changes can be time consuming so the implementation of any agreed upon improvements can be managed by Commerce-e if required.
